Beginning in May, Riverside Luxury Cruises will operate a series of voyages along the beautiful Rhone River. You’ll find complete details about the sailings at this link, or in our chart below, you can review what itineraries – or combination of itineraries – might work best for you. 

We suspect most of you will be interested in the longer cruises, those spanning seven to 11 nights, but for those of you wanting to sample Riverside will find three and four-night cruises are available.

Riverside is building on the upscale legacy of Crystal River Cruises. The ships are gorgeous, the accommodations spacious, and the service and cuisine are as good as it gets. And while we loved dining on Crystal, Riverside’s executive chef tells us that his focus on cuisine will excel the high bar set by Crystal. One indication of that is that Riverside is budgeting more than Crystal did for food and beverage. 

We’ll be reporting more about what Riverside is bringing to the table – and to river cruising overall. We’re excited to see this company launching in France, where Crystal said it would never go because of the expense.
