Ralph,
We enjoy your webinars so much. Lots of current info. that has been helpful. We were to be passengers with Uniworld on the Bon Voyage in August. With the Pandemic lurking we had to make the very sad decision to cancel the middle of April in order to get a full refund. We understand, but haven’t seen it published, that our cruise has actually been cancelled. I happen to put a post on Uniworlds Facebook page on how disappointed we have been with communication from Uniworld. After a few phone calls we were told it would be 6 to 8 weeks from our cancellation date back in April. Come to find out the response I got from their Facebook page two days ago was sorry but due to the volume of cancellations you will now have an additional wait of 30 days making it a 90 day wait. Nothing was ever sent from Uniworld or has been published by Uniworld concerning extended wait times to 90 days for refunds to be processed. I have searched. the internet in hopes of a general notice from them but find nothing current. We have always enjoyed our cruises with Uniworld and have promoted them to our friends and on our Facebook page, but their lack of customer service and communication right now has us wondering if we should look elsewhere in the future. It’s so disappointing to feel this way and their business model currently leaves a lot to be desired. Our son and daughter in law were traveling with us this coming August and reserved the Grand Suite. So much for that…They are just as upset as we are
Well now I have vented and wish we were happier than we are but it is what it is. I noticed Crystal put a nice page out a couple of days ago to the general public explaining their situation concerning their cruises and refund policy. Uniworld might take note of that.
Cheers, Edwina Grant

Thanks for the good words (about our webinars). Sorry to hear of this situation with Uniworld. I hope it is favorably resolved for you, but I understand it leaves a sour taste. Our community appreciates your feedback.

Very informative webinar that answered many important questions. Uniworld has a very thoughtful approach towards the future. I will certainly given care thought towards river cruising with Uniworld in the future. Thanks for organizing the webinar Ralph
