CroisiEurope is dedicated to making inroads into the North American market, gradually attracting guests who may not be familiar with the Strasbourg-based company and introducing them to the company’s long-standing tradition of providing affordable, family-run river cruises throughout Europe that focus on local customs and culture.
Now, CroisiEurope has introduced a new loyalty program for travel agents – the Mon Ami Club.
Under the new program, which is free to all agents to join, agents earn an automatic commission rate of 15 percent on all CroisiEurope bookings, and will immediately advance to the Mon Ami Gold tier. The commission rate rises to 17 percent if agents sell five CroisiEurope voyages within one year. This higher tier is known as Mon Ami Platinum.
The line, which recently opened a U.S.-based call center, is also offering a complimentary cruise for two to agents who make 12 new CrosiEurope bookings between now and December 31, 2015.
CroisiEurope currently has a fleet of 39 company-owned vessels; a number that will grow to 43 with the addition of the 80-guest paddlewheeler Elbe Princesse next year on the Elbe; the 60-guest Princesse Apsara on the Mekong; and two brand-new barges – Deborah and Danielle – both of which will debut in 2016 and will feature 12 staterooms that can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests.
