A Quick Look at Viking’s Latest Vessel on Portugal’s Douro

The last few days have been a major event for Viking River Cruises, and we’re doing our best to cover it all. Here in Portugal, there’s much to discuss, from the brand-new Viking Hemming and Viking Torgil to the splendours of Porto, Portugal and the entire Douro itinerary.
While we do our best to get caught up, I wanted to share some shots from onboard Viking Hemming, and from our touring in Porto and Guimarães, one of two European Capitals of Culture for 2012 and a protected UNESCO World Heritage site.
