Fans of deep-ocean cruise ships will find plenty to like about AMACERTO. Her interior design derives from classic cruise ships and ocean liners, including an al fresco Café at the forward end of the ship, a heated swimming pool on the Sun Deck (complete with a swim-up bar), and two Tapas and Wine venues. Taking a nod from a recent popular cruise ship trend, AMACERTO also includes an elegant Chef’s Table Restaurant featuring a different tasting menu each evening.
AMACERTO will continue to offer AMAWATERWAYS’ popular “Twin Balconies” concept in many staterooms. Rooms boasting two balconies will make up the majority of accommodations on AMACERTO. They range in size from 210-square-feet to 350-square-feet, larger than many standard deep-ocean cruise ship accommodations.
The ship’s interior design and staterooms will feature crisp whites with champagne, apricot and bronze accents and closely resemble some of the most modern hotels from around the world.
An in-suite entertainment system allows guests to relax and unwind through the use of the complimentary Wi-Fi internet or the many video-on-demand titles. The ship will also feature complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity throughout, allowing guests with iPads or similar wireless devices to remain connected no matter where they are.
Next year, AMACERTO will mark her entry into service by operating a popular “Tulip Time” sailing departing on April 12, 2012. Following her maiden voyage, AMACERTO will cruise some of AMAWATERWAYS’ most popular itineraries, including “Romantic Danube,” “Legendary Danube,” “Blue Danube Discovery” “Magnificent Europe” and “Christmas Time Cruise” for the remainder of the 2012 season.
