AmaWaterways, recognized for its innovative ship designs, amenities and personalized service levels, has added a new member to its fleet: the 161-passenger AMAVERDE.
Sister ship to the popular AMABELLA, AMAVERDE offers a number of exciting enhancements. Staterooms run the gamut between a comfortable 170 square feet and a luxurious 350 square feet. The ship also boasts staterooms that offer both French and full-size balconies — both within a single room.
Amenities like complimentary bottled water in every stateroom, marble bathrooms with multi-jet shower heads, and plush robes and slippers complement the onboard experience, and have earned AmaWaterways numerous accolades since its inception in 2002.
Outside of their staterooms, guests aboard AMAVERDE can look forward to relaxing fireside in the ship’s Library, having a drink with new friends in the comfortable lounge, or relaxing with a trip to the spa or a plunge in the pool atop the Sun deck.
Complimentary wi-fi is also available throughout the ship for guests who wish to bring their wireless digital devices along.
While AMAVERDE is currently chartered to the Australian market, she will be available for cruises beginning in October for North American cruisers. However, her popular 14-night “Magnificent Europe” itineraries are available for booking immediately. Sailing from Amsterdam to Budapest, these voyages are an amazing way to see some of the most spectacular European ports and experience one of AmaWaterways’ newest ships at the same time.
Founded in 2002, AmaWaterways has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years, and continues to challenge the status quo. The company’s dedicated European fleet is comprised of nine ships, all built between 2006 and 2011. This year, the line will introduce the newly redesigned AMAKATARINA to Russia’s Volga river, and the brand-new, 124-passenger AMALOTUS along the Mekong River in Vietnam and Cambodia.
